Agreement to the Official Rules
By submitting a nomination in the N1JUR Road to 6K: Bring One Ham Along promotion, each person submitting an entry agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of N1JUR Media LLC, which will be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
The person submitting the form is referred to in these rules as the “Entrant.” The person proposed to receive the prize is referred to as the “Nominee.” An Entrant may nominate themselves.

Eligibility
The promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.
The Entrant and Nominee must each satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements. A Nominee is not required to hold an amateur radio license when nominated unless a specific prize component legally requires otherwise.
Employees, officers, contractors, and directors of N1JUR Media LLC, participating promotional partners, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.
“Immediate family” includes a spouse, domestic partner, parent, legal guardian, child, sibling, and the spouse or domestic partner of each such person.
The promotion is void outside the fifty United States and District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
N1JUR Media LLC may require reasonable proof of age, identity, residency, eligibility, and permission to accept the nomination before awarding the prize.
Promotion Period
The promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on July 31, 2026.
The server hosting the official nomination form will be the official timekeeping device for this promotion. Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit:
Complete and submit the official Road to 6K nomination form according to the instructions provided.
An Entrant may nominate themselves or another eligible person. An Entrant nominating another person must have that person’s permission to submit the nomination and information contained within it.
Limit one nomination submission per Entrant and email address during the Promotion Period.
A Nominee will receive no more than one eligible entry in the selection process, regardless of how many people nominate that individual. Duplicate nominations may be combined or removed and will not increase the Nominee’s chances of selection.
No purchase, payment, YouTube subscription, like, comment, share, membership, newsletter subscription, product review, or social-media post is required to enter or receive the prize.
Nomination Requirements
Each nomination must:
- Be complete, truthful, and submitted through the official nomination form.
- Be submitted by the Entrant identified on the form.
- Describe an eligible Nominee.
- Contain only information the Entrant has permission to provide.
- Be the Entrant’s original submission and not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party right.
- Not contain unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, hateful, obscene, fraudulent, or misleading material.
- Comply with all applicable laws and the YouTube Community Guidelines when the entry or promotion involves YouTube.

Entries that do not comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines or these Official Rules may be disqualified.
Automated entries, bot-generated entries, mass submissions, entries using multiple identities or email addresses, and attempts to circumvent the entry limit are prohibited.
Use of Nomination Stories
Entrants retain ownership of their original nomination submissions.
By submitting an entry, the Entrant grants N1JUR Media LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, reproduce, and store the submission solely as necessary to administer the promotion.
N1JUR Media LLC will publicly share a nomination story only when the Entrant has selected an option allowing the story to be shared.
If permission is granted, N1JUR Media LLC may edit the story for length, spelling, clarity, privacy, or formatting, provided the meaning is not materially changed.
Choosing not to permit public story sharing will not reduce the Nominee’s chance of selection.
Recipient Selection and Odds
On or about August 3, 2026, N1JUR Media LLC or its designee will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Nominees.
Each eligible Nominee will be represented once in the drawing, regardless of the number of nominations submitted for that person.
The odds of selection depend on the total number of eligible Nominees received during the Promotion Period.
Reaching 6,000 YouTube subscribers is not a condition of awarding the prize. The prize will be awarded according to these Official Rules regardless of whether the channel reaches the stated subscriber milestone.

One eligible Nominee will receive the N1JUR Road to 6K portable operating package.

The precise prize description and approximate retail value must be finalized before the Promotion Period begins. Additional products may be added to the package after launch, but no listed prize component may be removed or materially reduced without replacing it with an item of equal or greater value.
The prize is non-transferable. No cash substitution will be permitted except at the sole discretion of N1JUR Media LLC. N1JUR Media LLC may substitute an unavailable prize component with an item of equal or greater approximate retail value.
Standard shipping to an eligible recipient within the fifty United States or District of Columbia will be paid by N1JUR Media LLC or the applicable promotional partner. The recipient will not be required to pay a fee to receive the prize.
All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not specifically stated as included are the responsibility of the recipient. Tax documentation may be required when applicable.
Products are subject to the manufacturers’ warranties, if any. The recipient is responsible for using all equipment safely and lawfully and for obtaining any license, authorization, or training required for its operation.
Notification and Verification
The potential recipient and, when applicable, the Entrant who submitted the nomination will be contacted using the information provided on the nomination form.
The potential recipient must respond within five calendar days of the first notification attempt.
Before receiving the prize, the potential recipient may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age, residency, eligibility, and a valid shipping address.
The potential recipient may also be required to sign an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity consent where lawful, tax documentation when required, and prize-acceptance form.
If the potential recipient cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to return required documents, the potential recipient will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected through another random drawing.
N1JUR Media LLC will not require payment, a bank account number, credit-card information, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or a purchase as a condition of receiving the prize.
The recipient will not be publicly announced until eligibility has been verified and the prize has been accepted.
Recipient Announcement and Publicity
Subject to applicable law and the recipient’s completed consent, N1JUR Media LLC may announce the recipient’s first name, amateur radio callsign, state, and general nomination story during Brew & Activate, on N1JUR.com, on the N1JUR YouTube channel, and through N1JUR community platforms.
The recipient may decline uses beyond those reasonably necessary to identify the promotion recipient and document fulfillment of the prize.
General Conditions
N1JUR Media LLC reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or Nominee who tampers with the entry process, attempts to manipulate the selection, uses automated methods, provides false information, harasses another participant, or violates these Official Rules.
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, platform outage, legal restriction, or another event beyond the reasonable control of N1JUR Media LLC materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the promotion, N1JUR Media LLC may suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion to the extent permitted by law.
If the promotion is terminated before the scheduled closing date, N1JUR Media LLC may select a recipient from the eligible Nominees received before the event that caused the termination.
Failure by N1JUR Media LLC to enforce any provision of these rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entrants and Nominees agree to release and hold harmless N1JUR Media LLC, its promotional partners, prize suppliers, service providers, officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss, or delivery of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
N1JUR Media LLC is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, illegible, blocked by spam filtering, interrupted by technical problems, or not received because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
YouTube Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube.
By entering, each Entrant and Nominee releases YouTube from any and all liability related to this promotion to the fullest extent permitted by law.
YouTube is not responsible for administering the promotion, selecting the recipient, supplying the prize, or resolving disputes related to the promotion.

N1JUR Media LLC will use information collected through the nomination form only for purposes reasonably related to:
- Receiving and reviewing nominations.
- Identifying and removing duplicate submissions.
- Confirming eligibility.
- Contacting Entrants and potential recipients.
- Administering the random selection.
- Delivering and documenting the prize.
- Complying with legal, tax, and recordkeeping duties.
- Sharing a nomination story only when the Entrant has granted permission.
Personal information may be provided to service providers, prize suppliers, shipping providers, professional advisers, or government authorities only when reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, fulfill the prize, protect legal rights, or comply with law.
Nomination information will not be sold to advertisers. Promotional partners will not receive an Entrant’s or Nominee’s contact information for their own marketing unless that individual separately and affirmatively consents.
Newsletter enrollment is optional, separate from promotion entry, and will not affect the chance of selection. Anyone who affirmatively joins the newsletter may unsubscribe using the link provided in each newsletter.
Information will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, fulfill the prize, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules and the promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction’s law must apply.
Before filing a legal action, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute informally by contacting N1JUR Media LLC through the contact information stated in these Official Rules.
Subject to applicable law, any legal proceeding arising from this promotion must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Hampshire.

The verified recipient is expected to be announced during Brew & Activate on August 7, 2026.
After the announcement, recipient information may also be requested through the N1JUR contact page for sixty days, subject to the recipient’s privacy rights and applicable law.
