Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with N1JUR Brands, operated by N1JUR Media LLC.

Our merchandise is produced specifically for each customer using an on-demand production and fulfillment process. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Products

All products sold through our storefront are printed or produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is made specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size or color
  • Selecting the wrong product or design
  • Buyer’s remorse or a change of mind
  • Minor color differences caused by screen or monitor settings
  • Normal variations associated with the printing or embroidery process
Please review the applicable size guide before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

We will work to correct orders that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what was ordered.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item at YOUR-EMAIL@example.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs showing the entire item and the issue
  • A photograph of the packing slip, size tag, or shipping label when applicable

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, reprint, or refund at our discretion.

Please do not return an item unless we provide written return instructions. In many cases, defective or misprinted products do not need to be mailed back.

Lost Shipments

Suspected lost shipments must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Before contacting us, please review the tracking information and check with the shipping carrier. If the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit, we will work with Printful to determine whether the order qualifies for a replacement or refund.

Packages Marked as Delivered

When tracking shows that an order was delivered but the package cannot be located, please:

  1. Check around the delivery location.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or the front desk.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.

Orders marked as delivered are not automatically eligible for a replacement or refund. We will review each situation individually and assist where reasonably possible.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, or failure to collect it from a pickup location may require the customer to pay additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after checkout, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Contact us immediately at YOUR-EMAIL@example.com with your order number. We will attempt to cancel or modify the order if fulfillment has not started.

Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it cannot normally be changed or canceled.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing times vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from a damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or legally nonconforming item.

Return Shipping

Do not send products directly to Printful, Shopify, N1JUR Media LLC, or any address shown on the package without first contacting us.

If a physical return is required, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be received, identified, or refunded.

When a return is accepted for a reason other than a fulfillment error, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise required by law.

Shopify and Printful

The N1JUR Brands storefront is hosted through Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform and may provide payment-processing services.

Printful provides on-demand printing, production, packaging, and shipping services.

N1JUR Media LLC is the seller of record and is responsible for customer service decisions. All order questions, claims, and refund requests must be submitted directly to N1JUR Brands rather than Shopify or Printful.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Customers located in jurisdictions that provide mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, or product-conformity rights may be entitled to additional remedies. Those legal rights will apply where required, even when they differ from this policy.
